Support The Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America in Texas

The local chapter of IAVA in Texas has a mission to empower the Iraq and Afghanistan veterans through connecting them with peers and offering programs and support for the veterans to transition into civilian life.

Aaron Throckmortin enlisted to serve after 9/11 and did two tours in Afghanistan, after which he found it hard to “fit” into regular life back home. It’s people like Aaron that IAVA supports after the tour is over and the veterans wonder “what now?” IAVA unites veterans and also tackle issues like employment and mental health, offering tools for the veterans to realize their potential.

We have a mission to raise $500 to help those who served for our country. Join us on our quest and DONATE NOW.
